Rebecah is an expert in sustainable development practices and climate change adaptation. Prior to founding Naturaliste Solutions, she worked with an international mining company developing sustainability and climate change strategies, designing stakeholder engagement protocols, and managing non-financial disclosures. 

​

Rebecah founded Naturaliste Solutions to share her experience and knowledge with other industry sectors and communities in order to support the global pursuit of sustainability and prosperity for society and the environment.

Stakeholder Engagement Specialist

Amberley Laverick

Bachelor of Education, First Class Honours

Master of Sustainable Development

Amberley is an expert in stakeholder engagement and facilitation that focuses on community development and social impact. Prior to joining Naturaliste Solutions, she delivered community-based education in London, Nairobi and across Australia. She has experience working with diverse stakeholders, including at-risks groups, non-profits, private entities and government organisations, to develop whole community projects focussing on health, wellbeing and education. Amberley is currently undertaking her PhD with the University of Western Australia researching pathways for communities to transition away from mining when a mine closes in their region.

Amberley believes the wicked problems society is facing require a multidisciplinary approach, which is where her stakeholder engagement skills can be best utilised.

Sustainability Specialist

Temilee Murdoch

Temilee has experience across a broad range of fields that have afforded her well rounded knowledge of sustainable development and climate change mitigation, and she has a strong interest in the development of sustainable and resilient agricultural practices and food management systems.
Temilee has recently worked for an international mining company, specialising in occupational health, hygiene and environment, with an increased focus on protecting the health and safety of both workers and the environment. Temilee has played a key role in mine closure activities which has cast a light on the importance of sufficient and effective rehabilitation and contaminated sites management across mining in Western Australia.

She is passionate about contributing to the global societal shift towards a greener future and hopes to support industries in the adoption of holistic and effective strategies that support economic, social and environmental outcomes.

Sustainability Specialist

Sally Evans

Bachelor of Environmental Management – Sustainable Development

Sally is a driven sustainability professional with over 20 years’ experience in environmental and sustainability management. Prior to joining Naturaliste Solutions, she worked for a downstream oil and gas company where she managed an environmental program, developed the foundational sustainability strategy, and worked on energy transition strategies and developing Net-Zero targets. Sally has extensive capability across all corporate social responsibility functions and is highly experienced in developing and leading non-financial disclosures. She started her career in the local government, where she worked in environmental health and environmental planning. Sally is passionate to support clients in making progress along their sustainability transformation journey.

Amy Ettridge

Amy has experience supporting a variety of companies to deliver exceptional services. With background in marketing, process and system design, people management, and client engagement she brings order and energy to the team.

Amy joined Naturaliste Solutions to be part of a team of motivated individuals equally inspired to make change, and relishes in the opportunity to be involved in the global progression towards a sustainable future.

Finance and Business Development Manager

Jay Ettridge

With a background of finance and marketing, Jay’s expertise lies in the technical aspects of business management. He provides development for the staff, continual improvement of company processes and makes key decisions when it comes to strategy and project management.
