Back on Track Foundation
Back on Track Foundation runs an educational recovery program for children in Western Australia who are recovering from cancer. The Foundation delivers a structured educational recovery program that provides personalised, trauma-informed support for children transitioning back to school and into the workforce. Programs are tailored to each student’s needs and may include one-on-one tutoring, customised learning plans, educational technology and coordination between families, schools and healthcare providers.
Through its Shared Social Return Alliance (SSRA) partnership program, a business commits to supporting a named child through their educational recovery. That partnership funds up to 40 weeks of one-on-one trauma-informed tutoring, a custom learning plan, technology, and coordination with the child’s school, hospital, and family per year.
As a registered charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC), Back on Track Foundation provides organisations with a transparent and accountable way to create meaningful social impact.
