Research and analysis
At the start of each project, we conduct an indepth investigation on the internal and external factors that impact the sustainability problem. This includes the company’s operational structures, resources, obligations and employee sentiment, and the specific legislation, global standards and expectations of external stakeholders that applies to the organisation. This information creates the basis for identifying the risks, opportunities and plausable sustainability solutions.
Stakeholder engagement
Consulting with stakeholders creates a greater depth of understanding about the way an organisation operates and its ambitions. Greater understanding of risks, opportunities, sentiments and expectations allows solutions to be better customised to ensure they are fit for purpose.
Options assessment
Depending on the project, multiple options may be provided with their associated positives and negatives. These options will be discussed with the organisation to ensure they understand all viable possibilities and each trade-off.
Solution validation
The organisation will endorse the solution, which then will be moved into the detailed implementation planning phase. This phase may also be accompanied by a communication strategy to inform stakeholders about the solution.
Implementation

DIRECTOR
Rebecah Ettridge is the Founder and Director of Naturaliste Solutions, supporting organisations across the mining, resources, energy and corporate sectors to meet evolving sustainability and climate reporting requirements. She works with clients to strengthen governance, manage sustainability risks, improve stakeholder outcomes, and develop practical strategies that deliver both compliance and long-term business value.
Drawing on extensive experience in sustainability, climate change and corporate governance, Rebecah has helped organisations prepare for regulatory change, improve reporting, implement management systems, and embed sustainability into business decision-making. She founded Naturaliste Solutions with a simple goal: to make sustainability practical, achievable and valuable for businesses of all sizes.
